Two closed sessions with three topics total, a presentation and potential vote on the F Street proposal, a presentation on Water’s Edge proposals – this will be long. I’ll do my best below to let you know how you can get the most out of it and contribute the most to it without throwing away your entire evening.

F Street #
Board meeting is first, at 6pm. If you care about the 4 Mile and Green Bay Rd development for any reason, please show up and provide public comment. Your opinions matter and are welcome.
F Street will be presenting and according to the agenda, Ehlers (our municipal finance advisor) will be reviewing the proposed development agreement. Remember that this parcel is in TID 6 and is thus eligible for all the treatment of a TID, including tax reimbursement.
Then we go into closed session to talk about those terms. Then we come out and possibly vote on it. We’ve punted it I think 3 times now, so maybe we’ll get to closure on it this time.
Ordinances and Resolutions (agenda item 7) #
These proposals look quick and benign.

8.A, B, and C look benign.
8.D Presentation on Water’s Edge proposals – this is the lakefront parcel in our TID 5 and anyone with an interest in this topic should show up. I’m sorry this is after the first closed session so hopefully the wait isn’t long. If you are eager to provide feedback to the village after the presentation, the CoW meeting which follows the board meeting gives you that opportunity. Unfortunately, there’s another closed session after the presentation that covers 2 topics and the duration is unknown. An alternative for providing feedback is always sending that feedback directly to the village administrator and trustees after the meeting. Email addresses are here and here.
