You’ll have to find the agenda packets yourselves. No direct links allowed, cuz website no bueno.

Woohoo, no closed session. This one might be the shortest meeting yet for me. Under 2 hours?!?!?!? A guy can dream.

At the beginning of the Board meeting, right after public comment, F Street will be making a presentation on their proposed development at 4 Mile Rd and Green Bay Rd within the boundaries of TID 6. In the Ordinances and Resolutions section right after the presentation, there is a vote on the F Street proposal, though it is 5th on the list. The zoning and the site plan are already approved. Only the developer agreement remains to be approved. There is a high likelihood that the presentation and discussion will be both interesting and important. I recommend attendance if you can. If not, catch the audio later on Youtube.

4 Mile and Green Bay

Ordinances and Resolutions (agenda item 7)
#

The first three items look pretty straightforward and non-controversial.

7.D. We’re restarting two standing committees: Legislative and Licensing, and Finance. Village used to have these committees. Goal is to bring back more active board oversight on these important topics.

7.E. F Street development agreement vote.

8.C. Discussion and Possible Action on a Request for a Special Village Board Meeting – no clue. I’m as intrigued as you are.

  1. Advisory committee on web site – we’re trying to formalize a committee to attend to the website complaints

7.A. Using Village Hall for Community Center functions – this keeps getting punted. Hopefully this time we’ll get to it.

7.C. Review teleconference policy – also deferred from the previous meeting. Based on the meeting packet, it’s about fixing the audio in the board room and getting cameras installed to allow live streaming of the meetings.
